My homebred boy Chaz was a multi class winner upto the age of 2 and then I decided to semi-retire him for a while and just bring him out for Specialties and the odd All Breeds Show.
After his 12 month break we brought him back into the showring in 2003 and his first show back took out a Best of Group . I decided to take Chaz out of the ring again for a while and bought him back out in 2005. That year he won Best of Breed at the National Dog Show Curtain Raiser, Reserve Best of Breed at the National Dog Show and Best in Show at the Weimaraner Club 25th Anniversary Champ Show all in the space of 3 days.
Chaz was retired not long after and was only shown at the two Weimaraner Specialties, 2007 at the Northern Weimaraner Champ Show under Maureen Wilkinson he was awarded Reserve Best in Show.
